Adult Children’s Grief Group

Providing topic driven meetings about subjects important to adult children (18+) who have lost a parent to cancer.

The Adult Children’s Group provides a safe place for adult children (18+) who are looking for support, healing or a chance to talk with other men and women who have lost a parent, grandparent or parent-figure to cancer

Monthly meetings are professionally facilitated around a relevant topic. Participants may choose to share or just listen in an environment of mutual respect and confidentiality.

Professional Facilitator: Rita Benak. Rita is a clinical psychology provider who has received consistent 5-star reviews from her patients. Her vast experience includes providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

Monthly meetings take place on the second Wednesday of every month from 5:30 – 7 p.m., at the ABOH office in Wayzata. Please RSVP for more information, or contact us at 952-405-9201 or julie@abreathofhope.org.
