The 13th Annual A Breath of Hope Lung Run/Walk Twin Cities, presented by Northfield Lines, August 10th will deliver as always on the things that matter most to those living with lung cancer and those who have endured a loss. Dr. Shanda Blackmon of Mayo Clinic will deliver the keynote oncology update following the 5K walk and run and will speak about the many changes this field is seeing – good changes that lead to lives saved!
You can expect prizes for the top runners in our 5K and 10K runs, children’s activities, signs for your loved one battling lung cancer, as well as custom t-shirts and a wrapped bus to honor them, free beverages and snacks, food trucks, live music from the Leon Laudenbach Band, and even water bowls for your dogs! But most importantly, you can expect a strong community of people who care about changing lung cancer and choose to make a difference by showing up.
The event will end with a grief ceremony for families who are grieving the loss of a loved one to lung cancer.
Join us Saturday, August 10th for another day of fun and fellowship in the journey toward a world with no lives lost to lung cancer!
