The A Breath of Hope Women’s Wellness Tea is an educational, social (and very fun) event that celebrates women while exploring habits that lead to healthy, happy lives.
Event proceeds fund A Breath of Hope programs that support lung cancer patients and their families, including transportation and companionship for patients who need additional help.
The $50 registration fee for the 7th Annual Women’s Wellness Tea includes a delicious brunch with a special keynote presentation about Mindfulness for Wellness, educational breakouts, our well-loved Bags, Bling & Beauty Silent Auction, a spring hat contest, and a Mimosa & Bloody Mary Bar.
Breakout Session Descriptions:
- Nutrition: Eat Right to Sleep Tight presented by Carolyn Suerth Hudson, RDN, LD from Nutritional Weight and Wellness. Let’s face it: most of us are sleep deprived. . Her breakout session will focus on finding an approach to journaling that works best for you by brainstorming, reflecting, and discussion.
