EVENT SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION
ABOUT THIS EVENT: In 2018, A Breath of Hope Lung Foundation hosted the inaugural Midwest Lung Cancer Summit for patients and caregivers living with lung cancer. The steering committee (composed mostly of survivors and caregivers) identified three goals that were important to the success of this event:
- Provide opportunities for people living with lung cancer to meet others on the journey in order to expand their support network;
- Educate survivors and caregivers with the newest information, tools, and resources for improved health outcomes; and
- Drive hope and positive energy.
