Monthly virtual meetings are 90 minutes long. The format includes a 30-45 minute educational presentation led by a professional on that topic, followed by questions, answers, optional sharing and networking. Smaller breakout groups may be offered to provide a place for personal discussions.

All of our sessions are available for up to 25 attendees at no cost to participants. Please RSVP via email HERE or call or text 952-456-2845 to receive login instructions.
