Parking & Shuttle Bus
NOTE: The road around Lake Harriet will close for the event at 9:40 a.m.

Park at Clara Barton Community School

Shuttles run continuously beginning at 7:00 a.m. and will operate throughout the morning.

Free street parking is available around Lake Harriet and onn nearby neighborhood streets.
Paid Parking
Limited paid parking is available at the Harriet Boat Launch Lot on the east side of the park.
Accessible & Reserved Parking
The Lake Harriet Bandshell parking lot (west side of the park) is reserved for accessible parking and approved event parking only.

The event is held rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, updates will be shared by email and on our social media channels.

In Memory Tent – A quiet place to honor a loved one. Leave a message and take a white rose in their memory.
Snack Spot – Refuel with complimentary snacks and refreshments.
$1,000 Club Lounge – Exclusive space for $1,000 Club fundraisers featuring refreshments, seating, special gifts, and more.
Volunteer Check-In – Volunteers can check in, receive assignments, and connect with the volunteer team. First Aid location.
Top Team Tents – Celebrate with your team! Teams that qualify can gather, relax, and connect in their reserved team tent throughout the event.

Registration is free, but fundraising helps us continue our mission to increase lung cancer survival rates. Fundraising begins when you register and continues through August 31, 2026.
