Virtual Meditation Classes
Join our virtual meditation classes led by Alison, a highly experienced Certified Yoga Therapist who has spent nearly two decades supporting people living with cancer. Her gentle, compassionate approach creates a safe, welcoming space to move, breathe, and reconnect with your body—whether you’re in treatment, recovering, or caring for someone you love.
When: Third Thursday of each month, 4 – 5 p.m.
