Gentle Yoga for Survivors

Join us for a free live VIRTUAL yoga class! Alison Crowley, certified yoga therapist and founder of Bolster & Bridge Yoga Therapy, will lead us through a guided gentle yoga session.
This class is an all-level relaxing yoga class to take care of our minds, bodies, and hearts that uses gentle stretching, strengthening, and balance work to aid in the release of physical discomfort and to support our whole selves. Yoga is a way to connect to a deeper sense of mental and emotional peace, especially during times of stress and uncertainty. Along with your yoga mat, please have a chair, a yoga belt/exercise band, a blanket, and a pillow/cushion ready. NO YOGA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
