The ABOH Women’s Wellness Tea was created to help women live their best and healthiest lives. While our focus is always on improving overall health and immune function, we are a lung cancer organization who knows that the number one cause of cancer death for women is lung cancer. Part of the education involves learning to recognize symptoms and understanding risk factors other than smoking. Women’s health conditions often go undiagnosed, and lung cancer is no exception. Finding it early is key to beating it.

This event was designed to educate women to live their best lives while enjoying friends and families in a festive, female-focused setting.

Why attend the Tea?

Improve your quality of life – Women’s health events improve the quality of life for women by highlighting health issues and identifying simple practices that lead to resilience.

Be educated, feel empowered – Women’s health events educate us about women’s unique health concerns and empower them to advocate for their health.

Promote a healthier society – Women’s health events can help promote a healthier society by preventing diseases, reducing healthcare costs, and encouraging healthier lifestyles.
