See You At The Women’s Wellness Tea

Becoming Your Healthiest Self!

Simply said, stress that’s not dealt with can lead to many health problems, such as high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, obesity, and diabetes. And based on evidence from laboratory studies in animal models and human cancer cells grown in the laboratory, it seems that chronic stress can cause cancer.
Let’s face it. We all need help from time to time to better cope with the stress in our lives.
The A Breath of Hope Women’s Wellness Tea was specifically created to help women develop new tools that help control the very real stressors in their lives. Whether healing from or trying to prevent serious health challenges, our sessions offer practical help for racing thoughts, sleeplessness, or feeling irritable, angry, impatient, over-burdened, overwhelmed, anxious, or nervous.
This year’s sessions focus on overcoming stress with new tricks such as mindfulness, art therapy, or using food to boost your mood!

BESIDES ALL THAT – THIS EVENT IS JUST PLAIN FUN!
